Our Client
Our client is the main provider of health and specialist services within Melbourne. A 3-month role has become available for a switched on and motivated personal assistant to assist a busy Director.
The Role
You will be reporting to the Director of this busy department and will be required to perform personal assistant duties including:
- Diary management
- Production of papers and co-ordination of documentation for meetings
- Organise appointments/meetings
- Undertake general administrative tasks for the department
- Liaise with patients (assist with bookings)
- Phone duties
Skills and Experience
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills together with forward planning
- The ability to meet conflicting deadlines and juggle tasks
- Confidentiality and attention to detail is essential
- Advanced MS Office skills and tech savvy
You must have a ‘can do’ approach where no task is too big or too small and you are a team player.
