About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to provide personalised support to the CEO and some support to the Senior Management Team if required
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and schedule meetings, emails and travel
- Develop new or existing templates for office related documents and reporting
- Arrange venue, catering and speakers for staff events and meetings
- Provide a full range of secretariate and administration support
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 5 years of experience in the same or similar role in a not for profit organisation
- Advanced computing skills including telephone, CRM databases and Microsoft Office
- High-level secretariat skills and able to main confidentiality
- Strong communication skills including written and verbal
- Central Location Close to Transport, Cafes and Shops
- Regular Internal and External Training Opportunities
