The Opportunity
Monash Rural Health Bairnsdale is seeking to appoint a dynamic professional Administrative Officer who will support students and academic staff by providing a range of services relating to office administration, student and staff support. You will also demonstrate your skills in building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
This Administrative Officer will be the first point of contact for enquiries from students, academics, professional staff, clinical staff and the general public and will be predominantly responsible for managing student accommodation bookings in Bairnsdale as well as provide expert support to other users of the online student accommodation booking system.
We are ideally seeking someone who has a tertiary qualification in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
This role is a part-time position; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
