The role
We are seeking a highly skilled & experienced Executive Assistant to support the Group Executive for Defence & Social Infrastructure, EGM Social Infrastructure & GM Local Government for a fixed term contract until end of February 2022.
Responsibilities include:
* Extensive travel management across varying time zones (limited to AU during current environment)
* Complex diary management
* Coordinating annual team offsites, strategy days & town hall meetings
* Meeting agenda creation
* Scheduling of client site visits
* Assist with distribution of Team Communications across the sector
* Approval of team leave requests
* Manage and approve monthly submission and reconciliation of expenses
* Maintain org charts and contact lists for the Defence & Social Infrastructure business unit

Skills you’ll bring:
* 3+ year supporting an Executive Manager in a similar role
* Sound understanding of Microsoft Office 365 suite
* Experience using Serko online travel booking portal 
* Experience using Ariba
* Highly skilled in Microsoft Teams with demonstrated ability to run live events & create channels
