Overview Of The Job

The Junior Producer is a key player in the Delivery Department, working across a range of social channels and formats (broadcast, print, digital, video, experiential, event and social) with teams working across multiple accounts delivering several projects concurrently. They brim with energy and enthusiasm, are highly driven, and have a positive, solutions outlook - no matter what is thrown their way. They act as a constant support to the Production Team, helping this fast-paced team remain efficient and effective from day-to-day. Organisation and attention to detail comes naturally to the Integrated Producer as they are the key cog that keeps the Production team delivering.

The Junior Producer also manages jobs through the production pathway – radio, social, content, TVC, adapts etc. They maintain all lines of communication and paperwork, negotiating and estimating all Global usages; general administration for the Broadcast Team such as creating vendors, executing contracts, storage etc.

The Junior Producer is key support to the senior producers and Head of Production. The person in this role is always looking to up-skill and is willing to collaborate with the Producers and the broader Delivery Department to build their knowledge and experience.

The Junior Producer will be asked to work across print & digital marketing delivery working alongside the National Production team.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Executing jobs such as – TVC, TVC adapts, radio, content, social, rollovers, print executions etc.
  • Providing support to the Broadcast team.
  • Preparing talent contracts and establishing/maintaining a talent rollover database
  • Photography production
  • Creating new vendors

Creativity & Thought Leadership
  • Presents ideas clearly and concisely
  • Actively listens and prepares clearly written materials
  • Approaches every aspect of role with creativity, passion, & enthusiasm

Work-stream Management
  • Creates schedules for the Edit Suite and Equipment.
  • Resources for the Edit Suite and Post Production Suites.
