An exceptional opportunity now exists for a motivated and self-driven individual to join the Broker Channel of Beyond Bank Australia. 
You will be responsible for providing exceptional service and administrative support to the Broker Channel, whilst building relationships with customers, internal staff and external parties involved in the processing of broker originated loans.

Job Description

Your key duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing and responding to emails received from various parties in a timely manner i.e. Brokers, Conveyancers/Solicitors, internal staff. 
• Being available on the phone queue to answer broker enquiries, providing a high level of customer service and support.
• Checking signed loan documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Processing Broker Accreditations, ordering property valuations and submitting service requests in Beyond Bank Australia’s CRM system.
• Extracting and collating data for reports.
• Liaising with other departments involved in the various stages of the loan process.
• Assisting in meeting mortgage processing service level agreements.
• Providing timely updates to Brokers regarding a file’s progress.

• Lending product, policy, and process knowledge.
• Solid MS Office Suite skills and knowledge.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisation, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and a positive ‘can so’ attitude.
