An exciting opportunity currently exists for a newly qualified radiographer to join our imaging team for a fixed term maternity leave cover position based at Holmesglen Private Hospital in Moorabbin, Victoria. Forming part of the Healthcare Imaging Services network, Healthcare Imaging Holmesglen offers a range of imaging services in the emergency, inpatient and outpatient setting, including MRI, CT, X-ray, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, Fluoroscopy, DEXA, OPG and Ultrasound.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team for up to 12 months (with the possibility of ongoing employment) every Tuesday to Friday (60.8 hours/fortnight). The successful candidate would have current AHPRA registration and their DHHS Radiation Use Licence. Training in all areas within the department will be provided, including CT, use of our AGFA DR x-rays rooms and mobile DR machine, Fluoroscopy, DEXA, OPG and Catheter Lab.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Suitable proof of qualification
• Current Victorian Radiation Licence
• AHPRA Registration
• Ability to problem solve and resolve conflict in a complex environment
• Strong communications skills
• The ability to work in a team environment
• An understanding of WHS responsibilities
• Knowledge and understanding of Radiology Information System (RIS) & PACS
