The Company

This national ASX listed organisation is a leading provider of employee management services, more specifically specialising in providing novated leasing, fleet management and salary packaging to employers and employees around Australia. They have won awards for innovation and service excellence as well as diversity and inclusion.

The Role

This role is an 8-month fixed term contract in the vehicle operations team. While it’s a customer service role it will be largely administrate focused.

Duties Will Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Providing a timely and high-quality response to all customer enquiries
  • Providing administrative support to the vehicle operations leasing team in their deliverables
  • Identify queries which require additional attention and implement appropriate procedures to enhance customer confidence and reduce impact to both the company and customers
  • Accountability for personal and team compliance with internal company policies, procedures and codes, for example, Code of Conduct and ethics, and all applicable external laws, regulations, standards and industry codes.

About You
  • Previous administration or customer service experience within the financial services sector
  • Strong administrative and data entry skills with a great level of attention to detail
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to provide support to others within the team
  • Ability and willingness to adapt to different situations
