This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, aspiring and customer focused Retail Coordinator to join our ever growing and well-loved family business.

About the Role

The primary role of the Retail Coordinator is to assist the Retail Manager in the co-ordination of employees. In addition, you are also responsible for:

* Managing the floor staff during the evenings
* Coordinating staff recruitment if required
* Coordinating staff training and development activities
* Supporting and contributing a cooperative organisational culture
* Assisting with customer service queries
* Resolving staffing issues and stock discrepancies
* Ensuring organisational policies and procedures are followed
* Maintaining workplace Occupational Health and Safety
