Customer Service/Claims officers needed for a 6 month temporary role to start ASAP | located in the CBD | Genuine opportunities to progress

We are currently looking for 10x switched on and hardworking candidates to join our large global client to work in fast-paced Customer Service/Claims Officer roles in Melbourne CBD (with strong possibility to work from home).

These roles are to start ASAP for 6 months and there is a strong possibility of extension for the right person.

The role overview:

  • Location, Stunning CBD offices/WFH
  • Working hours, 37.5 hours per week Monday- Friday between 8:00am-6:00pm.
  • Training, You will have in depth structured training

The role:
  • Taking high volume customer service calls and queries
  • Data Processing
  • Using multiple systems/programs for admin tasks
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Logging all details
Experience needed:
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Previous phone based customer service/call centre experince
  • Desirably previous claims/insurance experience
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have your own laptop that you are happy to use for work
