Customer Service/Claims officers needed for a 6 month temporary role to start ASAP | located in the CBD | Genuine opportunities to progressWe are currently looking for 10x switched on and hardworking candidates to join our large global client to work in fast-paced Customer Service/Claims Officer roles in Melbourne CBD (with strong possibility to work from home).
These roles are to start ASAP for 6 months and there is a strong possibility of extension for the right person.
The role overview:
- Location, Stunning CBD offices/WFH
- Working hours, 37.5 hours per week Monday- Friday between 8:00am-6:00pm.
- Training, You will have in depth structured training

- Possibility to go perm/extend with the client
- Taking high volume customer service calls and queries
- Data Processing
- Using multiple systems/programs for admin tasks
- Providing excellent customer service
- Logging all details
- Strong customer service focus
- Previous phone based customer service/call centre experince
- Desirably previous claims/insurance experience
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have your own laptop that you are happy to use for work
