Based in their CBD Head Office, our client is a professional service related company, now seeking a suitably experienced administration assistant.
Administration Assistant duties will include:
- Updating databases
- Relief reception
- General administration
You will need to display:
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ms Office skills including Excel
- Accurate data entry
- Corporate presentation
This is an Administration Assistant role with an expanding company and offers and excellent career opportunity.
Relief reception work will be on a corporate desk, so no visible or tattoos will be acceptable.
This position is part time, 3 days per week
