The opportunity:

We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join Dexus on casual part-time basis at our QV Melbourne Shopping Centre.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer support to the QV Melbourne shoppers 3 to 4 days per week with each shift consisting of 5 hours; there will be some flexibility to pick up extra hours.

This is a 7-day a week desk which will often include late night Friday and weekend shifts, Saturday and Sunday.

The role:

In this role you will provide superior customer service to all QV Melbourne customers and facilitate information desk duties, which may include but are not limited to, assisting customers with directions across the centre, answering the telephone, attending to customer and tenant enquiries.

You will also assist in the coordination, reporting and management of incidents as well as aiding the Centre Management Team as required. Ad hoc duties may include, but are limited to, assisting with centre marketing activities.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a shopping centre environment, or equivalent, and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook). The ideal candidate would also speak Mandarin.
